We offer express shipping within Australia for purchase over AUD$500. And free international shipping for purchase over USD$1000. Also free return shipping if the product found to be faulty, mistaken,..which is our fault.

All orders are shipped via insured post/freight ensuring your precious purchase arrived safely in your hands and in time unless there are circumstances when delay could happen that is out of our control.

Duties and Taxes:

Even though we will try to cover duties and taxes for most countries, it is also your responsibility to pay any taxes if required by your country. 

When to expect delivery:

We will ship the order as soon as we have confirmed payment. If the product is available it in stock it will be sent the next day and arrive within a week. If the product is out of stock it could take longer. For custom made order it usually takes up to 45 days.

Packing:

Parcels are packed in a secured and discreet packaging but not in a luxury packing to avoid being noticed during freight handling.

*Signature will be required on delivery to make sure your parcel goes to you.

*Please check the parcel on the spot when delivered and make sure the parcel had not been tampered with or opened. You must report immediately if something is wrong.
