Please carefully read our terms and condition set out below:
- Buy-Back Program is available only for certified, and qualified loose or set Lab Grown Diamonds & SAAT Heavenly Brilliant Moissanites. They must be in 0.5ct or 5mm in sizes and DEF Color-VVS clarity group and 3x minimum quality cut will receive 50% Back of original value.
- Buy-Back Program is also available for our custom made gold/platinum settings in 14K – 24K will receive 60-70% back of original value after deduction of labor cost and unqualified melee stones under .5ct or 5mm.
- Lab-Grown Diamond and SAAT’s Moissanite set in gold setting jewelries together will receive 55% of original purchased price back after deduction of labor cost and unqualified melee stones cost if any.
- Labor cost and melee stones under 0.5ct or 5mm are not qualified for Buy-Back Program.
- When gemstones was offered for FREE or at a promotional or discount price, they are not qualified for Buy Back Program.
- When sending jewelries back to us you will bear all freight and insurance.
- Selling back items must be in fair use, cleaned, not damaged, scratched or chipped.
- Please send us a closed up photos of the item before sending to us for inspection. After inspection we will notify you of the outcome. If the item is accepted we will pay you immediately.
- We have the rights to refuse buying back the items if the stones are damaged and not in its original condition which we consider unacceptable.
