Yes. Every diamond we sell is accompanied by a certificate from an independent, internationally recognised grading laboratory — primarily GIA or IGI, GCAL. The certificate number appears on your receipt, the order note, and can be used to verify the stone directly with the lab.

Natural diamonds formed deep within the earth over billions of years. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical but created in a controlled environment over weeks. Both are real diamonds — the difference is origin and price. Lab-grown diamonds typically cost 40–70% less for the same 4Cs.

The ring builder is a three-step process: choose a setting from our hand-curated collection, select a certified diamond from thousands of options, then review and place your order. We handcraft the ring to your chosen specifications — typically in 10–14 business days — then ship it insured, free of charge.

Yes. Bank transfer is available at checkout and comes with a 5% discount on your total. After placing your order, you'll receive an instructions page with our bank details and a unique reference number. Once we receive your payment, production begins. We'll hold your selected diamond for the duration.

We offer a 30-day return policy with free insured return shipping. If the stone or setting isn't right for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange collection and a full refund. For custom-designed pieces, please review our returns policy page for the applicable terms.

Loose diamonds ship within 3–5 business days. Custom ring orders are handcrafted in 10–14 business days, then shipped via insured overnight courier. Delivery timeframes may vary for international orders. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our atelier.

Yes — resizing is free for the lifetime of your ring. Simply contact us with your new size and we'll arrange a complimentary pickup, resize, and return at no cost to you.
