Common questions, honest answers
Yes. Every diamond we list is graded by an independent laboratory — GIA, IGI, GCAL, AGS or HRD — and the grading lab is shown on every listing. We don't list uncertified diamonds.
Natural diamonds formed deep within the earth over billions of years. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical but created in a controlled environment over weeks. Both are real diamonds — the difference is origin and price. Lab-grown diamonds typically cost 40–70% less for the same 4Cs.
Yes. Pay by bank transfer — Xe, Wise, or direct deposit — and save 2% on your total. After placing your order you'll see an instructions page with our bank details and a unique reference number. When your payment arrives, we confirm your stone with our supplier and begin production. Stones aren't reserved before payment, so if yours sells in the meantime we'll contact you with alternatives or a full refund.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Within Australia, return shipping is free and fully insured — contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange collection and a full refund. For international orders, return shipping is at your cost. For custom-designed pieces, please review our returns policy page for the applicable terms.
Shipping is free on every order. Loose diamonds ship within 3–5 business days. Custom ring orders are handcrafted in 10–14 business days, then shipped via insured overnight courier. Delivery timeframes may vary for international orders. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our atelier.
Yes — resizing is free for the lifetime of your ring. Simply contact us with your new size and we'll arrange a complimentary pickup, resize, and return at no cost to you.
