Loose diamonds and ready-stock items ship within 2 business days. Custom rings ship 10–14 business days after the order is placed. Custom jewellery commissions take 4–6 weeks. All shipping is fully insured with signature on delivery.

30-day returns on all loose diamonds and ready-stock pieces in original condition with the certificate. Custom rings and bespoke commissions are final sale, but we offer a one-time free resize within 6 months.
