What qualifies as 'identical'
- Same certification body (GIA matches GIA, IGI matches IGI)
- Same certificate number, OR same cut, carat, colour, clarity, and lab grade
- Same natural-vs-lab-grown classification
- Available for immediate purchase from a verified Australian retailer
How to claim
- Email hello@saat.com.au with the link or quote from the competitor
- We'll verify within 24 hours
- If it qualifies, we'll match the price and offer additional value where possible
