How it works
Every certified loose diamond purchased from SAAT is covered by our buy-back guarantee. If you decide you'd like to trade your diamond back to us within 5 years, we'll buy it at 70% of the original purchase price — no questions asked.
What's eligible
- Loose certified diamonds purchased directly from SAAT
- The diamond must be in its original condition with the original certificate
- The trade-in must occur within 5 years of the original purchase date
What's not covered
Diamonds that have been chipped, recut, recertified, or removed from their original setting may not qualify. Custom commissions and ring settings are not included — only the loose diamond.
How to use it
- Contact us at hello@saat.com.au with your order number
- We'll arrange insured return shipping at our cost
- Once we receive and verify the diamond, we'll process the buy-back within 5 business days
- You can take the credit toward a new purchase or receive a direct refund
