Shipping methods
All Australian orders ship via insured express courier. International orders ship via FedEx Priority or DHL Express, with full insurance covering the value of the piece.
Timelines
- Loose diamonds and ready-stock pieces — ship within 2 business days, deliver within 3–5 business days domestically
- Custom rings (ring builder orders) — produce in 10–14 business days, then ship
- Custom jewellery commissions — produce in 4–6 weeks, then ship
- International — add 3–7 business days for customs clearance
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track via our order tracking page.
Customs and duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide accurate documentation and the lowest legal value declarations.
Packaging
Every piece arrives in a SAAT presentation box with its certificate, care guide, and a handwritten note if requested. Outer packaging is discrete — no branding, no indication of value.
Signature on delivery
All deliveries require an adult signature for security. If you'll be away, you can redirect to a workplace or arrange a hold-for-pickup at your local depot.
