How it works
Every eligible SAAT purchase is covered by our buy-back guarantee. If you decide you'd like to trade your piece back to us within 3 years, we'll buy it at 50% of the original purchase price — no questions asked.
What's eligible
- Complete jewellery purchased directly from SAAT — rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets
- Loose certified diamonds of 1ct and above purchased directly from SAAT
- Both natural and lab-grown diamonds
- The piece must be in its original condition with the original certificate
- The trade-in must occur within 3 years of the original purchase date
What's not covered
Loose stones under 1ct are not covered. Diamonds that have been chipped, recut, or recertified, and jewellery that has been altered by another jeweller, may not qualify.
How to use it
- Contact us at hello@saat.com.au with your order number
- We'll arrange insured return shipping at our cost within Australia
- Once we receive and verify the piece, we'll process the buy-back within 5 business days
- You can take the credit toward a new purchase or receive a direct refund
