Terms of Use

You may browse, save items, and place orders. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or use our content for any commercial purpose without our written consent. All product images, descriptions, and design content are owned by SAAT or our suppliers.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency, converted from USD. The Shopify checkout is the source of truth — final prices and payment occur in our store currency. Diamond and gemstone prices are sourced live from our supplier and may change between browsing and checkout. If a price is displayed incorrectly — including as a result of a technical error, data feed fault, currency conversion error, or other system malfunction — we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or correct the order. Where an order has already been paid for at an incorrect price, we will contact you to arrange payment of the correct price, offer a full refund, or provide the item at the price originally confirmed, at our discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent.

Ring builder and custom jewellery orders are made to order. Once production begins, modifications may incur fees. Custom pieces are non-refundable, but we offer a one-time free resize within 6 months and lifetime warranty on craftsmanship.

SAAT's liability is limited to the value of the piece purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
