What's eligible for return
Loose diamonds and ready-stock fine jewellery can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must be in its original condition with the certificate intact.
What's final sale
Custom rings made through the ring builder and bespoke commissions are final sale, as they are crafted specifically for you. We offer a one-time free resize within 6 months for these pieces.
How to return
- Email hello@saat.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number
- Within Australia, we'll send you a prepaid, fully insured return label — return shipping is free
- Pack the piece securely in its original packaging with the certificate
- Drop off with the courier
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt
International returns
International orders can be returned under the same 30-day policy, but return shipping is at the customer's cost. Please use an insured, tracked courier and email us the tracking number; we'll refund the full purchase price once the piece is received and verified.
Resizing
Lifetime free resizing for the original buyer. We pay for return shipping the first time. Subsequent resizes incur a small craftsmanship fee.
Damaged or defective items
If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We'll arrange replacement or full refund at our cost — return shipping included.
